As soon as your order is on the way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation with an estimated delivery date.
If your package was delivered according to the tracking data, but it has not yet arrived, check via the tracking data whether it was issued to your neighbors or a package point.
If this is not the case and the shipping status five days has not been changed, please contact our Customer Care Team. We then contact the shipping partner to quickly find out where your order is. Before the expiry of these five days, the shipping partners do not take on investigations of "lost" packages. So I am patient, often in the event of a delay, they simply pick up the actual delivery in these days.
If the payment has come through, we will handle your order on workdays within a maximum of 24 hours and we will hand it to one of the carriers.

In most cases the shipment is at your local post office or has been delivered to one of your neighbors.
It also often happens that it is still delivered within 5 days. This may have to do with internal delays. It rarely happens that your package is "lost". So have patience for a few more days.
