Where is my order?
Here is what the complete process looks like after placing an order.
- As soon as your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email in your mailbox with more information about the delivery.
- Your order is loaded into our shipping partner's software. Here it is checked whether all data is correctly entered (Google Maps). If we see an error message, our customer service will immediately contact you to correct the data together. In 9 out of 10 cases, this is a missing house number.
- Your items are carefully picked and packed by our warehouse staff.
- Once the shipping label is printed, the order is considered "processed" and now only awaits processing/pickup by one of our shipping partners. As soon as the label is printed, you will automatically receive the tracking link in your mailbox.
- After pickup, the package is delivered to you by our shipping partners via the fastest and most environmentally conscious route.
Once your order is on its way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation with an estimated delivery date.
If your package is marked as delivered according to the tracking data but has not yet arrived, please check via the tracking data whether it was left with your neighbors or at a parcel point.
If this is not the case and the shipping status has not changed for five days, please contact our customer care team. We will then contact the shipping partner to quickly find out where your order is. Before these five days pass, the shipping partners do not accept investigations of "lost" packages. So please be patient, often in case of delay they simply catch up on the actual delivery during these days.
When will my order be shipped?
Once the payment has been received, we process your order on working days within a maximum of 24 hours and hand it over to one of the carriers.
Do I receive a tracking code?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped by us, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and a tracking link.
Through this tracking link, you will enter our Sendcloud tracking portal, where you can carefully follow the status of your order. You can also copy the tracking code and track your package accurately on the respective carrier's website or via their app and receive notifications.
According to the tracking, my package should have been delivered, but it has not! How is that possible?
We have experienced that some couriers forget to leave a "pickup notice."
In most cases, the shipment is at your local post office or has been delivered to one of your neighbors.
It also often happens that it is still delivered within 5 days. This may be due to internal delays. It is rare for your package to be "lost." So please be patient for a few more days.
If you do not receive any update via the tracking within a few days, please contact our customer care.
An item is missing from my package. Why is that?
In exceptional cases, it may happen that a product is missing. It can of course happen that a packer makes a mistake once. It may also be that the package arrived damaged and a product may have been lost during transport.
Please contact our Customer Care team in both cases and we will resolve this as soon as possible.
Are shipping costs charged?
Worldwide FREE shipping from €40/$40. Below this amount, we charge €4.95/$4.95 shipping costs.
The costs are calculated based on the value in your shopping cart. Digital gift cards do not count towards the required minimum order amount, as they are basically sent free to your mailbox. The calculation takes place after all discounts have been deducted.
Where can I track my order?
As soon as we hand over your order to our shipping service, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email.
In this email, you will find your tracking number, which allows you to track your shipment at any time in our systems or directly on the shipping service's website.

What if the delivery attempt fails?
No worries, through the tracking information you can always see if your package was delivered, for example, to the neighbors or to a post office.
All updates about this can be found on the track & trace page. If you see that the package is being returned to us, please contact us, we will then gladly check if we can deliver the package to you again for free.
