Costs for the return shipment are for your own account. If a package is refused or is not collected at a service point, this also entails return costs that are deducted from the total refund. These return costs differ per country, so make sure you take your package neatly or pick it up at a post office/ service point.

Nagel cosmetics is not suitable for reasons of hygiene to be returned when the seal has been broken after delivery.
