You may have entered an incorrect e-mail address or there were connection problems in the ordering process.
Sometimes it also happens that this mail ends up in the spam.
Please also keep in mind that it can take up to 24 hours before you receive the confirmation.
If there is nothing to be found there and the confirmation has not arrived after 24 hours, please contact our customer care and we will send you the confirmation again.
An order can only be changed if it has not yet been handled/sent.
Contact our customer care quickly, they will see if this is still possible.
Your order will be transferred to our warehouse immediately after completing the payment process and can therefore often no longer be changed.
Only a full cancellation and the change in the invoice/delivery address are possible depending on the shipping status. For this, please contact us.
An order, if it is already in the pack or shipping process, can no longer be changed at all, then unfortunately we can no longer implement a cancellation or change of address.
Guest order
If you order as a guest, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail after placing the order. All ordered items are stated here. Unfortunately, inspection directly via our account page is not possible.
Customer Account
Once you have placed an order logged in, you will of course first receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
You will also find your full order history in your customer account under the point "My orders".
Unglated
If you have placed an order without being logged in to your customer account, it will be treated as a guest order.
