You can create a customer account to view all orders at a glance.
Of course you can also order from us without a customer account as a guest.
To create a customer account, you must first click on the personal icon at the top of the page and then specify your e-mail, you will then receive a verification code in your inbox. Log in and then enter all fields with profile. You then confirm this data.
In your customer account you always have the option to view, change or supplement your data and see your orders at a glance.
You can change most information in the customer account under "Profile". However, this only applies to future orders. You can also add alternative addresses there.
The delivery addresses for orders already placed can only be changed by us, depending on the status of the order (only as long as the order is not yet processed).
If you accidentally used the wrong e-mail with an order, we can change this before you.
You may have ordered with a different e-mail. We can merge the order for you with the wrong e-mail address with the correct email address.
You don't need a password with us. Our login works on the basis of an authentication mail with your login code. This code is different for every login in order to protect your data extra well.
