Can I return my order?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The product must be returned in the original packaging.
Do I have to pay the return costs myself?
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. If a package is refused or is not collected from a service point, this will also incur return costs that will be deducted from the total refund. These return costs differ per country, so make sure you accept your package properly or pick it up at a post office/service point.
Can I return used items?
The product must be returned in the original packaging and must not be opened and show no signs of use. If the product does not meet these conditions, we cannot accept the return. Nail cosmetics are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if the seal is broken after delivery.

When will I be paid back?
We are sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied with your order with us.
If a delivered item is somehow defective, you have received the wrong item or you have received an incomplete delivery, please contact us immediately.
Once your return has arrived with us, we will carefully check each item and return form and you can expect a refund within 14 working days.
Can I also exchange items?
If a product is still in its original condition, you can return it to us. The return costs are for your own account. As soon as we have received the return, we can refund the amount and you can place a new order.
I have received damaged/defective items, what now?
If you have received an incomplete or damaged delivery, please contact us directly via the contact page .
